This Dahlia is from my garden, which I uploaded into my Flickr account.

Rainys Blogging
Flickr
Once again I had trouble trying to get into Blogger from work so I had to come home and have a go.
Once you know your way around Flickr.....and It really does take some time, I have found a couple of sites you might like to try.
http://www.pimpampum.net/toys/
http://mashupawards.com/memry mashups I really don't get and I don't think I would ever use it personally.
I can see a use for Flickr when traveling or if you have family living interstate or overseas, then again if you are looking for a special photo for scrapbooking or some other project you have it could be quite helpful.
Myself I would prefer to send photos by email or copies by snail mail.

Rainy's Blogging
Monday :
Well today I have managed to add a link with music!
I was so Impressed with myself I emailed friends to ask them to look at just how clever I am.
I scanned other blog sites to see what they had done and found nearly every free music site, or anywhere I wanted to download anything really, I had to register with them.
So I caved in and did some registering.....I just have to remember to write down my passwords somewhere.
Not bad for an old chook that was so worried I wouldn't have the time to start it let alone even enjoy it!
I guess we really are never too old to learn new tricks.

Rainy's Weekend
Well after a lot of stressing, headaches and being blocked from creating this Blog at work, and pondering what to write about I finally decided that whatever comes into my head at the time, I will write it in my Blog.
As I go on you will understand why I called it Rainy's Rambling as I to tend to "Ramble" after a while :-)
Friday Night:
I watched a great game of football tonight, even though my team Collingwood went down by 5 points and yet another season is over for me, I enjoyed the game immensely.
I'm sure I will have a heart attack if they are any closer; I'm sure you could all hear me screaming from wherever you all were.
Saturday:
I'm sorry that I can't say the same about today's game. I'm just soooo glad it wasn't Collingwood!
No football tonight......looks like a quiet night with a good book and a glass of red.
I finally got my broadband up and running (on my own, I might add) because I am just so I.T savvy!(not)
I have no idea how I did it but it now works :-) and that's all that matters.
Now that glass of red sounds pretty good, so I will close for now and have dinner and maybe have two glasses of red.
